- Approval of the research organization by the competent public authority, in cases where the research organization is private.
- Copy of the hosting agreement in accordance with the provisions of Article 104 of Law 5038/2023 or equivalent document.
- If the amount of resources is not included in the hosting agreement, evidence demonstrating sufficient funds to cover living expenses, which must not be less than 900€ per month.
- Consular visa fee of 90€.
Researchers Residence Permit H.3
- Certified copy of the travel document with the required national entry visa (Visa D).
- Approval of the research organization by the competent public authority, if the research organization is private.
- Copy of the hosting agreement in accordance with the provisions of Article 104 of Law 5038/2023 or equivalent document.
- If the amount of resources is not included in the hosting agreement, evidence demonstrating sufficient funds to cover living expenses, which must not be less than 900€.
- Proof that an application has been submitted to the relevant social security institution for full health insurance covering all risks provided to nationals.
- Electronic fee of 150€ (Code 2107).
- Four (4) recent passport photographs (4×6 cm, without borders), also provided on a CD or USB.
- Payment of the fee for the independent document card (Code 2119), amounting to 16€.
- Individual Declaration of Assumption of Financial Responsibility by the Research Organization.
- Electronic Residential Lease Agreement.
- Official public document issued by the country of birth or origin, duly certified and translated, clearly indicating the place of birth. The place of birth must also be stated in Latin characters in the translation.
